Chilipepper Dress by Chantkare

When I saw this dress on Applonia's stream, I just knew I had to have it:) 
So I constantly went back to Chantkare to see if she had released it... and no... so I bought something else... 
then few days later, I TP back... still nothing... and bought something else, LOL! 
Till one day, I asked Applonia herself, when will you release it?!?!?!:)

This week:) YAY!!!! So, I went to get this dress and asked Annough to take a pic of it:) \
